The audience can relate to it because they would also wear casual clothes commonly and would want
to keep up with trending items of clothing.
It will be worn with the zip open to reinforce the casual way of dressing, and will be worn tidily
instead of the shoulders being down to his arms to show that he is tidy in the way he presents
himself.
The jacket will not be ripped.
Yellow and Purple Rugby T-Shirt –
He is wearing this to show that even though he keeps up with trends in clothing, he also shows his
interests through the clothes he wears.
The audience can relate to this because they may not want to wear very expensive clothing and has
more basic styles of clothing, and may have similar interest in sports like this character.
It will be worn under the Fred Perry jacket; the two layers show that the location is in a colder
environment – winter.
The shirt will not be ripped.
Blue Skinny Jeans –
He is wearing this because it reinforces his casual but trending clothing style; many people wear
skinny jeans because it’s the newest fashion.
The audience can relate to it because they may also want to wear clothing to do with current fashion
so will wear skinny jeans.
They will be worn normally with the jeans being around the waist instead of lower down.
They will not be ripped.
White Adidas Trainers –
He is wearing these because they’re part of current trends of clothing and is a common brand of
trainers people wear.
The audience can relate to this because they most likely will be wearing Adidas trainers as well
because it’s a common and popular piece of clothing.
It will be worn slightly dirty to show the terrain the character is usually around; in Yorkshire there’s
lots of fills and grass and parks, and will have the laces tied to reinforce the tidy way he dresses.

3. Alfie Millar (Costume 2)
Pretty Green Coat –
He is wearing this because the character wears clothing which are part of current trends. The clothing is also
casual which shows that he is not in a formal setting.
The audience can relate to it because they would also wear casual clothes commonly and would want to
keep up with trending items of clothing.
It will be worn with the zip open to reinforce the casual way of dressing, and will be worn tidily instead of

products and fit in with current trends.
It will be worn with the zip and buttons fastened to reinforce secrecy.
The coat will not be ripped.
The hood will be up on the coat because it helps stay hidden relating to the mysteriousness.
White Fred Perry Polo Shirt –
He is wearing this because despite being secretive he also wears current trends of clothing, which
shows how the music video is in a modern setting and period.
The audience can relate to this because they will also want to wear current fashion.
It will be worn with one of the buttons undone to show that the character is wearing casual clothing
just like the antagonist.
The polo shirt will not be ripped.
Blue Skinny Jeans –
He is wearing this to reinforce the casual clothing that the character wears to look inconspicuous
and not draw attention to himself.
The audience can relate to this because many people would wear standard blue skinny jeans since
it’s common piece of clothing people currently wear.
