commonly associated with someone is
intimidating, or made to look
intimidating, he looks aggressive and

He is also swearing at the camera, reinforcing his aggressive and anti-
social behaviour. It also shows that he is rude and has no manners.

adds to the effect that he is serious, and to be taken seriously. The
fence could connote that he is loitering somewhere which ties in well
with his anti-social behaviour.
All of this would appeal to his target audience as the genre of his
music means that it is to taken seriously and not as a joke, and his
audience will recognize this.
