1. “Runtime Error” Message Occurs on Multiple Remote

GV-System Version 8.3.1.0 and earlier
Symptom
After you started recording for a few days, the following message of Runtime Error may
appear. The GV-System was shut down automatically after you clicked the OK button on the
error message.
This System failure occurred when the following settings were enabled together:
• Recording of 16 channels or above
• Connection to two (2) Center V2 Servers
• Connection to WebCam Server or Control Center Server
Resolution
The problem will be resolved in the coming version of 8.3.2.0. Before that, reducing the
number of Center V2 connections should solve the problem.
