研究基础
本人长期研究不可压多相流的高精度数值算法,并自主
编写了多套高效、无压力振荡的数值模拟程序,发表了相
关文章。同时,也长期关注相关交叉领域的发展情况,对
液滴生成与控制、润湿性材料、液态金属、微流控和磁流
体机器人等具有浓厚的研究兴趣,希望能在相关领域开展
更深入的学习和研究。

液 态 金 属 增 材 制 造
研究计划
 通过高精度多相流数值算法模拟金属液滴在磁场、
温度梯度等环境下的输运行为,研究其控制机理;
 模拟金属的流动、熔化和升华等现象,揭示金属液
滴在固体基底上的流动与成型机理;
 模拟金属液滴撞击平板,研究其溅射和冷却过程。
(a)处于不同温区的潜在液态金属;(b)常温液态金

施乐液态金属3D打印技术
研究背景
液态金属增材制造的应用范围非常广泛,包括航
空航天、汽车、医疗器械、电子设备、印刷电子、柔性
机器人、化工等领域。由于其制造速度快、成本低、灵
活性高等特点,液态金属增材制造技术在未来的市场和
工业中具有巨大的潜力和发展前景。同时,液态金属增
材制造技术的研究也对于金属材料科学和制造技术的发
展具有重要的科学意义。

疏 水 材 料 表 面 自 清 洁
疏水表面上的液滴行为
研究计划
 通过高精度多相流数值算法或分子动力学研究液滴
在微结构表面的润湿性表现,研究其控制机理;
 模拟液滴在温度场和表面活性剂等因素影响下,研
究其在疏水材料表面的流动机理;
 模拟液滴撞击高温疏水平板,研究Leidenfrost现
象。
研究背景
疏水性表面材料具有自清洁、抗污染的特性,在
环境、能源、热交换、电子等领域都有着广泛的应用前
景。例如,在建筑物外墙使用超疏水涂层可以防止污染
物附着;在海洋工程中,使用超疏水涂层可以降低水下
设备的阻力。稳定的超疏水性能是人们长久以来追求的
目标。

超 声 悬 浮
研究计划
 通过在高精度多相流数值算法基础上进行声场建模。
研究微小液滴悬浮的控制机理;
 模拟超声悬浮液滴的蒸发过程,助力特种材料制备。
研究背景
超声悬浮传输技术具有微重力、无容器的环境特点,
能够实现对悬浮物的非接触操控,可以很好地模拟空间
实验条件。良好的生物相容性,可以为研究提供一个稳
定、均匀、无污染的理想环境,可广泛应用于材料科学、
生物化学、液滴动力学、MEMS精密制造 等领域。
通过控制声源相位差
在声辐射压力作用下将悬浮目标捕获在声场平衡位置
超声悬浮微小物体
