Our pure aluminum and pure copper antennas are
inherently more efficient than conductive inks.
Competitors use conductive inks (that contain
expensive silver) to form antennas which can be 7
times thicker and not RoHS compliant. More exotic
metals and metal combinations are available. Mu-
Gahat’s proprietary production processes are
software-controlled so custom shapes and applications
can be easily accommodated. Others depend on
hardware that increases tooling, setup charges and
delays. Additionally, our antennas and inlays comply
with the strict WEEE and RoHS environmental
requirements.
Our Custom-Tuned RFID Antennas & Tags
Mu-Gahat’s series of production equipment can
precisely deposit the thinnest layer of metal on plastic
film rolls in volumes of 100+ Million Antennas per year.
Others must use multiple “skin-depth” thicknesses to
achieve the same effectiveness. Thin metal layers
lower the materials cost without sacrificing the RF
Antenna Signal. Our RF (Radio Frequency) engineers
can customize our designs or yours to produce superior
RFID antennas and inlays for your particular
requirements. Typical design variables include Lower
Cost, Specific Frequencies, Extended Range or
Miniaturized Overall Tag Size. Depending on your
particular application, we select the appropriate chip,
bond it to the antenna, then convert it into tags for
you.
