6. Deputy General Director and Lead Formulator
Phan Cong Oanh
Dr. Mahmoud Hosney Farahat is an expert in poultry nutrition and a
member of SPOTLIGHT’s Advisory Group. He provides, reviews, and
critiques poultry feed formulations; develops nutrition specifications;
and, aids and advises on research trials for SPOTLIGHT’s complete
poultry feeds.
Dr. Farahat is a leading voice in the Egyptian poultry industry and
currently lectures at Zagazig University, Egypt. He is also a member
of the editorial boards of Current Research in Nutrition of Food
Science Journal and the Journal of Animal and Poultry Sciences.
Dr. Farahat received his B.S., in veterinary medical science, and M.S., in nutrition and clinical nutrition
from Zagazig University, Egypt; and completed his Ph. D. in poultry nutrition at the University of
Minnesota, USA.

Phan Cong Oanh is SPOTLIGHT’s Deputy General Director and Lead Formulator. He
is responsible for finalization of all feed formulas and works closely with the
production and accounting departments, as well as, our International Nutritionist
Group to ensure the highest standards of feed quality.
Oanh, a former Associate Professor of Aquaculture at Can Tho University, has
years of technology and management experience at the most well-known American
feed producer in Vietnam. His knowledge and experience provides an excellent
foundation for a new standard in the Vietnamese marketplace.
Oanh holds a B.S. in aquaculture from Can Tho University, Can Tho, Vietnam; and
an M.S. from Wageningen University, Wageningen, Netherlands.
Dr. Jason Woodworth is a swine nutrition expert and a member of
SPOTLIGHT’s Advisory Group. He provides, reviews, and critiques
swine feed formulations; develops nutrition specifications; and,
provides technical updates on swine related industry developments.
Dr. Woodworth is a renowned opinion in the U.S. and Europe, in both
academic and private sectors. Before accepting a Research
Associate Professorship at Kansas State University, where currently
focuses on increasing swine producer profitability; Dr. Woodworth
was Global Product Manager for specialty feed ingredients at Lonza, Basel, Switzerland.
Dr. Woodworth received his B.S., in animal science, and his M.S. and Ph. D., in swine nutrition, from
Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas, USA.

Nguyen Van Bao is Technical Service and Marketing Director of SPOTLIGHT.
His responsibilities include: managing our technical team, implementing feed
applications, developing and running SPOTLIGHT marketing campaigns, and
aiding the training of new employees.
Before joining SPOTLIGHT, he employed his talents at Binh Dinh Science and
Technology Center and a leading American animal feed company. He has
over 15 years of sales and technical experience developing markets in the
Vietnamese livestock feed industry and has received numerous awards for
his contributions.
Bao holds a B.S. in livestock engineering from the University of Agriculture,
Hue, Vietnam.

Vo Manh Hung, SPOTLIGHT’s Customer Service Director, is responsible
for managing, developing, and improving the SPOTLIGHT customer
experience, as well as, mentoring and providing career development for
his team.
SPOTLIGHT is a customer experienced focused brand and with over 10
years of product distribution and customer service experience at the
leading American feed company in Vietnam, Hung is the perfect person
to develop SPOTLIGHT’s customer base.
Hung holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Industry,
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and numerous professional certificates.

Pham Y Thuy is SPOTLIGHT’s Human Resource Manager. His role is
to maintain, enhance, and implement SPOTLIGHT’s employment
protocols, employee relations, policies, programs, and practices.
Formerly, Thuy has worked for the HR solutions group, VON; and
consulted for companies such as: C. T. Group, Procter & Gamble,
Akzo Nobel, and Thien Long Group.
He received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Industry,
Hanoi, Vietnam.

8. To Tran Hoa is the Southwestern Regional Sales Manager. His
responsibilities include: managing and developing sales staff and
distribution systems, as well as, educating and supporting customers
in farm management practices through our value-added service
model.
Before joining the SPOTLIGHT team, Hoa worked as a Sales Manager
in several top International and Vietnamese feed companies. With over
13 years of sales experience in the livestock and poultry feed industry,
Hoa is the ideal person to help SPOTLIGHT penetrate the Southwestern
market.
To Tan Hoa received a B.S. in Veterinary Medicine from Can Tho
University, Vietnam.

Nguyen Van Cuong is SPOTLIGHT’s Senior Northern Sales Manager.
He oversees all sales related business in the north of Vietnam. He
focuses on improving distribution networks and systems by
managing and developing relationships with existing and potential
customers. He also supports and directs career development and the
technical education of his team.
Preceding SPOTLIGHT, Cuong worked for VIC Trading Company and
a top American animal feed producer. With over 5 years of sales
experience in the feed industry, he is the perfect person to lead our
northern initiative.
Cuong holds a B.S. in fisheries management from Nha Trang
University, Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Senior Northern Sales Manager
Nguyen Duc Thanh is SPOTLIGHT’s Senior Southern Sales Manager;
specializing in aquaculture feeds. He is responsible for leading and
developing all sales related business in the south of Vietnam. He
develops distribution chains, maintains strong customer
relationships, and provides technical education and career
development for his team.
Thanh has ten years of sales and management experience at several
of the largest and best known international feed companies in
Vietnam. He is the ideal person to lead SPOTLIGHT’s southern sales
initiative.
Thanh holds a B.A. in international law from the University of Law, Ho
Chi Minh City; and an M.B.A. from American International University,
San Francisco, USA.

9. Phan Minh Ai is SPOTLIGHT’s Accounts Manager. He is responsible
for: monthly forecasting of expenses and revenues, managing raw
materials purchasing, payroll and expense deployment. He also
advises the Management Board regarding all financial aspects of the
business.
Before SPOTLIGHT, Ai was Chief Accountant and Finance Manager at
Green Food Joint Stock Company. With over 10 years of accounting
and management experience, Ai is an essential asset to our business
operations.
Ai is a graduate of the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City,
Vietnam. He holds professional certifications from the Ministry of
Finance and the Institute of Corporate Governance, Hanoi.

Le Minh Man is General Director of SPOTLIGHT Animal Feed Corporation.
He is responsible for managing the smooth operation and cooperation of
all divisions of SPOTLIGHT. He leads the overall vision and corporate
direction through constant support of the sales team and partnership
development. Man advises and contributes to all aspects of business
operations.
Man has over 15 years of experience in feed industry management and
sales. Before accepting his post at SPOTLIGHT, he held numerous high
level positions at one the largest and most respected international feed
companies operating in Vietnam, where he received an impressive array
of awards and accolades for his sales and management performance.
Man received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Agriculture and
Forestry, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and an M.B.A. from Paramount
Technology University, San Francisco, USA.

Jefferson R. Lotz, SPOTLIGHT’s Brand Director, is responsible for
building the SPOTLIGHT brand. He represents the interests of the
majority shareholders, leads special projects such as
spotlightfeed.com, frequently travels to the field in support of the
sales team, and manages key relationships with many of
SPOTLIGHT’s international partners and expert industry consultants.
Jefferson has over ten years of leadership and team building
experience. Before stepping into his role at SPOTLIGHT, he provided
leadership and sales development services.
Jefferson holds numerous professional certificates and licensures;
and received his B.A. from Northland College, Ashland, WI, USA.

10. Than Van Tho is Director of Production at SPOTLIGHT and oversees of all
aspects of SPOTLIGHT feed production; from raw material procurement
and formulation application to quality control and distribution
management.
Prior to joining the SPOTLIGHT team, Tho led teams in the aquaculture
division of a top American agribusiness company. With over 15 years of
sales and production management experience, he possesses a mind for
the big picture, and an eye for detail.
Tho holds a B.S. in marine mining from Nha Trang University, Nha Trang,
Vietnam.
