The brand name is Cosmesome-ACE. The Cosmesome-ACE formulation is composed of saturated phospholipids that form interdigitated lipids that contain vitamins A,C, and E in the presence of alcohol. The proliposome formulation forms liposomes upon dilution with water. During the dilution process water soluble active ingredients can be encapsulated inside the liposomes or liposoluble active ingredients can be incorporated into the lipid bilayers.

Inhalation May be harmful if inhaled. May cause respiratory tract irritation to nose throat and
respiratory tract. May result in central nervous system depression.
