Team Process: When becoming a part of a team, at the beginning of this semester, I never
imagined how much teamwork and communication was needed to get even an entry level
project done in a team. One of the best traits of my team was our excellent use of coordination.
Coordination helped us stay organized, as well as made each team member more effective. We
never missed a team meeting, and always completed our assigned work on time. The Gantt chart

Some reasons why there are differences between countries include the countries amount of wealth.
One country is more developed than the other, meaning that they would earn more money. In
African countries, they are having a more structured effort in their education. People will still go to

arises: in which sports should women be allowed to participate? From a physiological standpoint, it

Women are expected to be more passive than their male counterparts. When a woman participates
in sport, she challenges many aspects of the gender role that has been defined for her. First, she is
taking time away from her family to do an activity that is outside the home. Second, in sport, she is
behaving in a more aggressive and competitive manner, which contradicts the meek feminine mold
to which she is supposed to adhere. Furthermore, when women compete in public, suddenly the

Community and homing in ; Land and Nature ; and History to make the historical adolescent
novel a part of American Indian literature. Community and homing in is used when Junior leaves
the reservation for a better future, and in return the reservation resents Junior for leaving the
reservation and becoming White washed . Alexie uses land and Nature to create liminal spaces
when the protagonist of the story, Junior, feels conflict between the dominant race and that of
