Should have working experience on SQL/Oracle, MYSQL etc.
It's good if he has some knowledge on PHPList

.Net – Position -2
1. 4+ years of overall IT experience
2. Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
3. Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML
4. Extremely fluent in APIs and JSON
5. Experience developing websites using a Content Management System (CMS)
6. Some experience with front end UI design preferred
7. Minimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL Server 2000 or 2005, Stored procedures,
ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#
8. Good communication skills
9. Experience with Agile methodologies
10. Degree in Computers or related field
