Bryan Slusarchuk, CEO and Director
Mr. Slusarchuk has signi cant experience nancing and operating companies involved in a wide range of sectors. Mr. Slusarchuk, prior to
establishing a track record as a successful private and public company CEO, was a Senior Investment Advisor at a premier Canadian
investment dealer. Mr. Slusarchuk has experience on the board of several private and public Canadian companies, has extensive
corporate governance expertise and has raised and managed capital for multiple companies including companies involved in consumer
goods, retail, media and manufacturing. He has an extensive European and North American nancial network and has worked within it to
nance and structure multiple North American and European ventures. Additionally, Mr. Slusarchuk has become recognized as a thought
leader in the booming green economy. He has been a featured speaker at such events as the 2010 Carbon War Room Global Challenge
launch that coincided with the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games and TEDx Vancouver 2009 Conference. Mr. Slusarchuk is a founder
and CEO of Skanderbeg Capital Group, a company focused on deploying venture capital to fast-growing venture situations.
Michael Hofer, CCEP, Director of Environmental and Corporate Integration
Mr. Hofer is an environmental expert and is instrumental in developing and guiding the company's environmental protocols and
standards. Mr. Hofer has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Geography/Geomorphology and a Post Baccalaureate in Environmental
Science. Mr. Hofer is a Canadian Certi ed Environmental Professional(CCEP) in four different environmental categories as designated by
the Canadian Environmental Certi cation Approvals Board, and has a Manager of Land ll Operations designation (MOLO) from the Solid
Waste Association of North America. Mr. Hofer is currently an active professional in the eld of Environmental Services and Operations
and during his career has managed approximately $30 million in capital projects relating to the environmental eld.
Nick Skomorowski, Senior Advisor
Mr. Skomorowski's diverse mega project management experience has spanned over a distinguished 40-year career. He is one of
Canada's most accomplished senior construction project managers and has supervised more than $1 billion on construction projects.
Notable projects that Mr. Skomorowski has been in project management on include the King Shaka Durban International Airport in South
Africa, terminal one at the Toronto Pearson International Airport, automotive plants, industrial projects, petrochemical plants, MDF board
facility, power plants, potash facility and large-scale steel manufacturing operations. Mr. Skomorowski’s expertise, experience and
reputation in project management is invaluable to his role as directly supervising Green.Switch’s project portfolio throughout North
America.
Christopher Ian Bennett, Director
With 15 years of political and public policy communications experience, Mr. Bennett is the former Leader of the Green Party of British
Columbia. The youngest person to ever lead the party, Christopher helped build public support to almost 20 per cent from ve per cent
during his interim term. In 2007 he was elected to the Green Party of Canada’s Federal Council where he completed a one-year term and
acted as a senior communications strategist to the executive committee. Mr. Bennett brings more than 10 years of public relations and
media communications experience to the group. He has expertise in corporate communications, issues management, crisis communica-
tions, investor relations and media training to clients across the board. An experienced strategist, Mr. Bennett has worked with CEOs,
politicians and senior government of cials both provincially and nationally. In 2006, Christopher was the only Canadian named to PR
News’ ‘Top 30 under 30 to Watch’ list. He has been pro led in BC Business Magazine, PR Week and the National Post. Christopher was also
the keynote speaker at the IABC’s National ‘NEXT Communications’ conference.
Edward Wright, Director
Mr. Wright has extensive management and leadership experience in the retail and wholesale sectors. His background includes consider-
able success in developing and operating the North American divisions of some of the world’s leading brands. Mr. Wright, until 2006, was
the Executive Vice President of Retail in North America for Cartier, a top international luxury brand with a storied history dating back to the
1800’s. Prior to Cartier, Mr. Wright held the position of President of Baume & Mercier since 2002. While at Cartier, Mr. Wright was respon-
sible for the development and operations of the entire North American retail division including implementation of strategic goals,
supervision of retail development, and ensuring successful attainment of Cartier’s retail objectives for the North American market
segment. Upon returning to Vancouver, B.C., Mr. Wright became the Chief Executive Of cer of CRH Medical, a fast growing North
American medical company.
YALE LOH, Director
Mr. Loh is currently Treasurer, BC Hydro & Power Authority. Prior to his appointment as Treasurer, BC Hydro in 2006, Mr. Loh held other
roles at the utility including Assistant Treasurer, Manager of Cash & Liability Management and Manager, Structured Finance. Mr. Loh also
formerly held the positions of Senior Manager of Treasury Management at Citizens Bank of Canada; Trader, Spot Foreign Exchange at JP
Morgan in New York, United States; and Trader, Foreign Exchange and Money Market at the Bank of Nova Scotia in Vancouver, Canada.
Mr. Loh is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the J.L. Kellogg School of
Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. He is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Vancouver Big
Brothers Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Financial Professionals of Canada.
