Our Beloved Summer is a romantic comedy about regret and suppressed
feelings. The plot revolves around a high school romance that goes horribly
wrong, sending two characters down separate paths in life that eventually
converge thanks to fate. Our Beloved Summer doesn't shy away from the
simplicity of the setup. Instead, it embraces its own stereotypes and turns them

documentary crew sees it as the ideal drama bait and a chance to film two
students in their natural environment. As fate would have it, their hatred
transforms into friendship, and then into a budding high school romance.
Unfortunately, a bad breakup tarnishes them both, and they bear the
consequences for years.
