8.  Producer must have minimum 3 crore capital to work with Primrose Filmserv.
Maximum capital amount has no limit.
 All producers/investor will be named as producers in the film.
It will also have the name of their production company.
 Producers can sign contracts with us for three years, five years and more.
Producers shall have full right to decide the period.
We will be contractually bound to do one film every year.
 One film will be made every year the producer is with us.
 If the film flops, our firm will be fully responsible for the production cost of the film.
 If the film is a commercial success,
the profit amount will be paid as per ratio of percentage to producer as per contract.
 If the producer agrees to all the terms & conditions of the firm, the producer can work with the contract firm accordingly.
 The required documents and detailed information will be obtained from the firm.

12. First of all there will be communication between the firm and the producer.
A contract shall be duly entered into between the producer and the firm.
According to the contract, the firm will make a plan to the producer.
If the contract is for three years then the plan will be for three years.
And if the contract is for five years, the plan will be for five years.
The producer & investor will be title as a producer in the film.
All films will be made with mutual understanding of ​​the producer and the firm.
The work of the firm shall be to make and exhibit the film and to look after all the commercial aspects of the film.
Every year the income from the film will be paid to the producer & investor as per decided percentage.
On completion of the contract the producer will be refunded his full capital.
If the producer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the period,
the capital amount will be paid to the producer after deducting twenty percent. (80% amount will refund.)
