1.Interactive session of experts with the newly inducted students for all courses by Industry
Experts.
2. Master demonstration/ workshop of various department
3. Field Visits of students to the hotel
4. Mentorship/ Shadowing of students during operations at unit levels
5. Industry experts will cover practical sessions as per the curriculum
6. Hands-on training on operational software’s, POS, PMS etc.
7. Management of inventories in various departments
8. Preplacement sessions specific to the hotel brand
9. Support for Research especially data collection

1. Job ready students
2. Specific Training of Hotel staff on regional cuisines of India and a few International cuisines, in
which in the institute has developed expertise like Korean, Indonesian, Himalayan and Nepalese
cuisine etc.
3. Providing skill certification to experienced staff lacking
4. Faculty may be deputed to be on the selection panels of the hotels’ hiring process
5. Seasoned faculty members of the Institute, Master trainers etc. may lend support to the Learning
and Development activities of the hotel
