Methods of Auxiliary Ventilation in Underground MineMalak Umair
This document discusses methods of auxiliary ventilation used in mines. It describes three categories of auxiliary ventilation applications: supplying air to dead-end areas, supplying uncontaminated air to faces in contaminated environments, and supplying conditioned air in uncomfortable temperatures. The main methods discussed are line brattice, compressed air exhaust, and fans with ventilation pipes. Line brattice involves erecting a curtain to divide an entryway and direct air. Compressed air exhaust uses compressed air from machinery. Fans attached to pipes are considered the most economical method.
This document provides an overview of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It discusses the basic principles and instrumentation of SEM, including how electron beams are used to generate images by interacting with sample surfaces. The document explains that SEM provides higher resolution than light microscopes and can be used to examine surface topography, morphology, composition, and crystallographic structure at nanometer to micrometer scales. It describes the major components of an SEM, including the electron gun, electromagnetic lenses, vacuum system, detectors for secondary electrons and backscattered electrons, and how these are used to scan samples and form images.

Janet, a teacher, established a literacy development program at her elementary school to increase students' reading outside of school and improve their test scores. She formed a team consisting of a parent, teacher, and librarian. Their projects included a reading competition between classes and family literacy workshops. The team worked hard to gain support from local businesses to provide incentives. Their persistence paid off, as parent involvement greatly increased and test scores were expected to rise due to the program's success.

The document proposes developing a mobile application to improve communication between a school and parents/guardians. It would allow parents to access classroom blogs, school news, and contact lists. Research suggests parental involvement is important for student achievement and motivation. The intervention plan involves gathering input from teachers, parents, and students on important app features. An 8-week timeline is outlined that includes proposal, surveying stakeholders, compiling findings, and meeting with app development companies. Ethical considerations focus on maintaining parental involvement to support students' education. Data collection will utilize surveys and checklists to determine how to increase parental involvement through the app.

1. Motivational touch stone
For Lona Jane Skaggs
2014 – 2019 and forward
Male reverse victimization theory-helping families find balance in authority
Northcentral University
Doctorate Program-General Psychology
2. My vision is for a training program in centers where families are sheltered during the aftermath of
domestic violence. I will narrow my topic to the hypothalamus area of the brain that governs pleasure
and anxiety levels.
In five years, I hope to be developing a program that helps families return to a prosperous family, with
the qualities that will help them to be successful in their financial situations.
Northcentral University will provide me with mentors that will help me see my vision and fulfill it while I
continue to help my family in their struggles for success
Win - win situations exist – we must look for them and then pursue them with vigor! This
touchstone begins a 30 year plan and longer – forward into time. It is not a political
schema – it is a family life reality program bound upon abundant resources that the
economy has if used without commercialized greed. This is the aim – abundance.

Researching for college students to use their college training as a
resume builder is a seed money project that would collect research on
individual personality and goal behavior with agreement to participate
submissions at sign up. Each student will need $500 dollars to
accumulate the papers from their courses into a presentation and make
a portfolio for hire. One on one training will be provided on how to land
a job with the portfolio [not guaranteed].The course in one month long.
I can work with two students a day-five days a week [10 x 4 = 40 x 500 =
$20,000 per month in fees. X 12 = $240,000 in the first year minus
expenses]
After my expenses and salary, the proceeds will go for remodeling the
family violence center or starting my own prototype to accommodate
the training and program needs and study. This method will need
licensing and license personnel; and I will re-design the website.

4. I plan on collecting data from the career portfolio success that each student has accomplished and
formulating the success to help low income troubled families in similar models of success [taking what
they know and managing it into real life self sufficiency plans]. My second resource is a statistic resource
for the two issues: economics and family violence found at the State of Missouri record level which
holds public records on court cases for the connections between the two issues. There is a fact sheet
complied from 2010; (Rehagen, Gaynor, & Janku) can be retrieved for up to date information. It is on the
Office of State Courts Administration website in Jefferson City, MO. This resource will help discuss the
problems to policy makers in the different jurisdictions. This support will help analyze if the problem is
real and will motivate the cause for its completion.

5. Visions
• Families participating in learning centers to share in
home life and community living based upon what they
know and have experienced with: life skills.
• Early childhood development as daily schooling for
economic development of a family trade which
redesigns schools in the future curriculum as the
children from the participating families (the visualized
center forms a home away from home school where
families meet during each day either in protection
orders or in community preparedness / recovery
courses.
• A family learning zone in each community where [not
parents as teachers become community organizers in
schools as an aid program for training their children in
the next economy…building their future from infancy
• Research will be needed to allow organizers and families
see the problem and the next economy and how they
belong (actuation).
• Consenting will be a natural mind set for the benefits
they will receive.
RECALL:This touchstone begins a 30 year plan and longer – forward into time.
It is not a political schema – it is a family life reality program bound upon
abundant resources that the economy has if used without commercialized
greed. This is the aim – abundance and happy family life.

Through application of what I have learned I will synthesize the competency and become proficient
at teaching others. The position is for a counselor to teach students as a counselor or advisor for
