2. Text: 2 Timothy 1:4-7
• 4 greatly desiring to see you, being mindful
of your tears, that I may be filled with
joy, 5 when I call to remembrance the
genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first
in your grandmother Lois and your mother
Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also.

3. • 6 Therefore I remind you to stir up
the gift of God which is in you
through the laying on of my
hands. 7 For God has not given us a
spirit of fear, but of power and of
love and of a sound mind.

4.  Whatever we have today, we owe it from our Mother.
 When we were young, our mother rose up early to make sure that
we can drink milk and eat our breakfast before we go to school.
 During our pre- school and first level in the Elementary, she never
give up to go with us. She suffered a bored life and heat of the
sun, to make sure that we are safe.
 When we got home, tired and we forgot to fix the mosquito net, she fixed
it for us without thinking of physical tired for the entire day.

Day. Majority of this country kept
and observed the celebration on
the 2nd Sunday of May.
We as member in the body of
Christ, we honor our mother. We
are blessed to make this simple
celebration towards our mother.

• Survey says, Majority of the Mothers died and were
discouraged because their children give them a small
amount of attention. (Spouse, Work, Children)
• Love your Mother. We can’t pay them back of what
they have done to us. (Expensive Gift)
• They still have a few years remain on earth with you.
Don’t make their time end that you treated them as
163 (Free) of your kids. She is your Mother and she
deserve your love and care.

8. Being a Mother
1: Most women become mothers by accident (Pre-Marital
sex, un expected pregnancy)
2: some by choice
3: a few by social and work pressures (Tax deduction)
4: and a couple by habit.
5: This year, nearly 100,000 women become mothers of
disabled children. Did you ever wonder how mothers of
disabled children are chosen? What sacrifice they made
that their Children could survive?

• 1: E Loader were Busy entertaining their Costumer.
And most of their costumer were young
• 2: Card shop were busy and their card design for
mother were sold out.
• 3: 43% of flowers were sold during mother’s day.

13. Story of a wealthy son
 I heard about a wealthy son who decided to do something special
for his mother on her day.
 He went to a pet shop and saw a very expensive talking bird. This
was an unusual bird.
 This bird could whistle Amazing Grace.
 This bird could quote the 23rd Psalm.
 The cost of the bird was $30,000. But what did he care. He was
wealthy so he spent the $30,000 and bought the bird for his
mother and had it shipped to her.
 On Mother's Day he made his call to his mother. ''Mother, how did
you like the bird I sent you?'' She said, ''O, it was delicious, son.'' I
don't suppose any of you sons will get into that dilemma but it is a
day when we send our mothers something very, very special.

• 1: She taught us the word of God, bible story and to pray.
• 2: Start when we were young, our mother mold us to be a
person that is well pleasing in the eyes of the. Worthy of
respect and above all, possess the Godly attitude.
• 3: she prepared us for the tough problems that is about to
come. Therefore our mother deserve to be honor.

• If the world honors our mother, the

forward that we honor them and
appreciate their time and efforts
spending with us, as our Christian
mother in the body of Christ.
