 Responsible for preparing & dispatching the quarterly projects’ progress reports for respective
projects.
 Providing customer service regarding collection issues, review accounts reconciliation, resolve
client discrepancies andshort payments.
 Highlight suspension of credit facilities to management in accordance with credit policy, perform
assignedtasks and duties necessary to support the collection target.
 Handling Bad Debt customers & contributing with the Legal department to take further
collection actions with delinquent debtors; File legal cases, Issuing Default Notice & Termination
