Field Solution Engineer, Giza System, New Cairo, (2015- Present).
Field solutions are essential for measuring the different parameters on-site in order to
ensure accurate monitoring and control. Reporting to the central control room, these
solutions include the installation of field instruments, transmitters, and sensors, as well as
liquid and gas analyzers, control valves, and actuators. The aim is to monitor and
measure all ongoing plant processes so that the information can be transmitted to the
control center. We provide clients with field instrumentation engineering and specs
definition, installation, commissioning, startup, calibration, service and maintenance.
Remarkable Achievements:
Installation, Commissioning and startup of Furnace TV Cameras in Al-Shoaiba
Power Plant. (November 2016 to Jan 2017).
Installation, Commissioning and startup for Modifying Fuel unloading skids to
Monitor the grounding of the Electrostatic charges accumulates over the trucks during
fuel unloading. This project has been done in 6 Power Plants in Saudi Arabia which
they are as the following : Qassim P.P, Buraydah P.P, Riyadh PP8, Riyadh PP5, Hail
P.P and Laila P.P. (May 2016 to November 2016)
Installation, Commissioning, startup and calibration of TOC Analyzer (Total Organic
Carbon) in MEDOR Refinery Company. (April 2016).
Supervision on Installation, Commissioning and Startup of all Field Instruments ,
Electric valves, manual valves and Hydrometers supplied by Giza Systems in Al-
Hassa and Al-Qatif Irrigation Projects in Saudi Arabia. Field Instruments include but
not limited to Flow, Pressure, Temperature and Level Transmitter. Also I have got a
very good experience in Electric Valves maintenance and successfully operation
(2015-Till Present).
Installation, Commissioning and startup of CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring
Systems) in Egyptian Petrochemicals Company (April 2015- August 2015).
Installation, Commissioning and startup of boilers flame scanners and igniters in Abo
Queer Power Station (Feb 2015- March 2015).
