Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have increased their stake in Crompton Greaves by 97 basis points to 16.7 percent at the end of September
2015 quarter as compared to 15.73 percent as on June 30, 2015. Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised their holdings in the
company by 43 basis points to 31.62 percent in Q2FY16 as compared to 31.19 percent as on June 30, 2015. Non Institutions were holding 17.15
percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, down 139 basis points from 18.54 percent as on June 30, 2015, while the Corporate bodies
were holding 7.96 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, down 39 basis points from 8.35 percent as on June 30, 2015. Further,
the promoters' shareholding in the company was unchanged at 34.38 percent at the end of September 2015. Crompton Greaves is a global
pioneering leader in the management and application of electrical energy. With more than 15,000 employees across its operations in around 85
countries, CG provides electrical products, systems and services for utilities, power generation, industries, and consumers.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has given breakout of its falling trend line at 177.20 levels with above average volumes. Moreover, stock
has been trading above 100 DEMA on daily chart, which indicates that medium to long term trend is up. Furthermore, a momentum indictor RSI
has remained above 50 levels with positive crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Buy
in the range of 177-179 for the Target of 183 with the SL of 175.

Technical Outlook: The stock has been facing resistance of its horizontal trend line at 266.10 levels on daily chart. Beside, stock has formed Doji
candlestick pattern near 50% Fibonacci retracement levels of its previous downtrend form 323.38 to 217.59 levels. Apart from this, stock has

The Asian markets have opened on the backfoot this morning. Bank of Japan released minutes from its recent policy meeting where it
maintained its pledge to increase base money at an annual pace of 80 trillion yen. China's September trade numbers are due later in the
session. However, in the US stocks closed mildly higher in low volume trade as investors readied for the first major earnings reports due today.
The Shanghai Composite index traded at -0.54% to 3269.88, Hang Seng index traded at -0.70 % to 22571.83, Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225
index traded at -0.94% to 18266.67, South Korea's Kospi index traded marginally down by -0.41 % to 2013.32 levels. The SGX Nifty suggests a
flat opening for our markets as it is trading at 8147, down by 3.50 points.
U.S. stocks were relatively flat on Monday, ahead of the release of a slew of quarterly reports among prominent banks later this week. Although
equities markets remained open for the Columbus Day holiday on Monday, trading was still light due to the closure of banks, bond markets and
the Securities and Exchange Commission. On Tuesday, JPM is scheduled to report its earnings for the third quarter, while Goldman Sachs (N:GS),
Bank of America (N:BAC), Wells Fargo (N:WFC) and Citigroup Inc (N:C) are scheduled to release their quarterly earnings later in the week. The
Dow Jones Industrial Average and the NASDAQ Composite index rose moderately in Monday's session, extending gains from last week when
U.S. equities markets had one of their strongest weeks of the year. The Dow gained 47.30 or 0.28% to 17,131.79, while the NASDAQ inched up
8.17 or 0.17% to close on Monday at 4,838.64, continuing its push back to the symbolic 5,000 level. Following a down period in September, the
Dow is on track to finish with its highest monthly gains since February. The S&P 500 Composite index, meanwhile, gained 2.55 or 0.13% to
2,017.45.
