the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and
delivery of education courses or training programs. An LMS

• consolidate educational programmes
• support both synchronous and asynchronous learning
• personalize content and enable knowledge reuse
• deliver online training
8. Who has access?
All AKU faculty, staff, and students have access to AKU’s Moodle site.

9. Accessing Moodle and
Entering a Course Site
Open web browser
Go to http://moodle.aku.edu
Log-in with AKU
username and password
(Optional) Create/Update profile
Select Institution +Course Category
Select course site

11. Creating/Updating Your Profile
(Optional, but recommended) Once logged in, create/update your profile by
clicking on your username on the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will lead
to your profile page where you can edit your profile.

13. Entering your Course Site
Once logged in, look through the list of course categories on the main
Moodle page (you are redirected to this page after logging in).
Click on a course category, then select the course site you wish to enter.
