3. Rewards Policy
1.
If 60 aspirants are there in a batch of 3 domain centre, then what would be the 2nd installment of reward
received in there is 80% recovery ?
2.
If 38 aspirants are there in a batch of 2 domain centre starting the batch in 12 days, then what would be
the 1st installment of reward received?
3.
If in a batch with 65% placement is done with 25 students getting a salary of 7000, then for how much
reward is the team eligible for?
4.
If a centre is eligible for retention, how much reward the team shall get if 50 aspirants are working at a
salary of Rs. 7000.
1. For RPC supported.
2. Not supported by RPC.
•
Special Reward: 3 day or less than 3 day B2B gap:(70% minimum domain strength for announcing the BCD)
– 20 average aspirants ( 2 domain centre): Rs. 3500
– 18 average aspirants ( 3 domain centre): Rs. 4500
– 18 average aspirants ( more than 3 domain) : Rs. 5500

6. Recovery
•
Maintain Recovery Register & distribute the fee cards on time (1st day)
•
Paste the due dates in the class rooms & on the notice board
•
Constant Follow ups with the aspirants
•
Encourage the students to pay the amount before the due dates
•
Convert aspirants from Option C to Option B
•
Take 20% aspirants in Option C
•
Certificate not to be distributed un-till all the installments are paid.
