1. Molded Fish
Ingredients
○ 1 can Bismarck herring
○ 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
○ 1 lb can tuna fish
○ 1/8 teaspoon paprika
○ 2 tablespoons granulated gelatin
○ 1/4 lb butter
○ 1 cup well seasoned soup stock
○ 1 1/4 cup cold water vanilla extract
○ mayonnaise
Directions
1. Chop herring, tuna, and butter and add seasoning.
2. Soak gelatin in cold water until soft
3. dissolve gelatin in the hot soup-stock
4. put all together in a mold
5. when cold turn out on a bed of lettuce
6. Serve with mayonnaise
7. Used hard boiled eggs and diced tomatoes as a garnish
