the in-charge of IV/TPN services, senior clinical pharmacist, clinical TPN specialist (prescribing
all the TPN orders for adults, pediatrics and neonates), and chairman of the pharmacy
IV/TPN/Oncology committee and chairman of the pharmacy ADR committee.

Gamaa hospital in Jeddah) from December 2009 to December 2010 working as Specialized
