WORK EXPERIENCE
 Currently working on E-GOVERNANCE project at “Passport Seva Kendra – Chennai” as a Team Leader.
SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE:
Dec‘13 - Till date Tata Consultancy Services Project Team Lead
○ Monitor and ensure all service delivery activities at the PSK.
○ To manage all CSEs and floor co-ordinators while at work.
○ Perform passport processing activities as and when required.
○ Manage roster of CSEs and ensure job rotation for each.
○ Resolve and/or escalate customer queries and issues to the concerned.
○ Managing expense within approved budgets ofthe PSK.
○ Assisting the Customer Service Manager with management responsibilities.
○ Co-ordination with the MEA staff at PSK.
○ Co-ordination with core support teamfor PSK operations.
○ Ensuring compliance to all administrative related procedures.
○ Providing passport application processing related services to citizens at PSKs.
○ Monitoring service delivery mechanism and ensuring SLA compliance.
○ Feedback collection, analysis and suggesting improvements.
○ Preparing MIS reports and send to core team.
○ Streamlining the process maps to create a structured flow in the process.
Dec’11 - Nov ‘13 CMC LTD (A TATA ENTERPRISE) Admin Executive
○ Maintaining all the contracts with the vendors on a timely basis.
○ Maintain a list of all Non-IT assets and keep it up-to-date at all times.
○ Recording the movement of assets in/out ofthe PSK in the asset movement register.
○ Negotiating with vendors on pricing and warranty related issues.
○ Maintain proper records of all consumable items received from vendors and their
issuance/consumption.
○ Ensure that emergency contact list is updated and same is conspicuously displayed at various location
at the PSK.
○ Ensure preventive maintenance of DG set,HVAC, UPS as per schedule.
○ Organising fire drills to ensure staff readiness in case of exigency.
○ Maintaining inventory and updating store registers.
○ Ensure that all electronic devices/equipments are operational and repairs/maintenance etc are done
regularly.
○ Maintaining up-to-date contact details of all service providers, vendors, OEMs etc.

○ Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
○ Making travel and boarding arrangements for guests.
○ Maintaining cleanliness Index of PSKs.
○ Following up for Delivery of particular goods orservices if not met by the Supplier in the specific
time period.
○ Timely inspection of the work done by the Supplier.
Apr’11 – Nov’11 CMC LTD (A TATA ENTERPRISE) Customer Service Executive
○ Provide assistance to the citizens.
○ Assist in translation of Passport Application forms.
○ Process day in and day out Passport application forms
○ Verify for the relevant details and complete the quality check
○ Taking care of all the documentation required for the government application filing
○ Resolve customer queries and issues.
○ Ensure quality of services delivered.
○ Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.
○ Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs
