A BABY BOOMER HAVE BEEN BORN ROUGHLY BETWEEN 1945 AND
1965.
BABY BOOMERS WERE BORN WHEN THE TELEPHONE AND TELEVISION
WERE THE MAJOR TECHNOLOGICAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO
HOUSEHOLDS.
BABY BOOMER ARE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 54 – 72.
4. WHO ARE GENERATION Y?
THIS GENERATION OF PEOPLE WAS BORN DURING THE 1980S AND
THE EARLY 1990S. THE FIRST GENERATION OF SO-CALLED ‘DIGITAL
NATIVES’ .

direct fashion. They read books
from cover-to-cover.
• They were taught by a lecturer/
teacher.
• They were taught using overhead
projector, tape recorder, VRC
machine, charts, pictures,
blackboards.
• Generation Y:
• Millennials were taught in a more
constructivist atmosphere.
• Technology was essential
• Millennials worked and research in
a network atmosphere.
• They were taught using social
media, I-pads, and tablets. They
devices are now their blackboards.

FACE-TO-FACE COMMUNICATION REMAINS THE SUPREME WAY OF
COMMUNICATING FOR ALL GENERATIONS. IN TODAY’S WORLD, THIS
SEEMS TO BECOME MORE AND MORE DIFFICULT. TECHNOLOGY IS
INDEED IS TAKING OVER. RATHER THAN NOT COLLABORATING AT ALL,
