Ruta assisted MoaTrek New Zealand Small Group Tours with many critical
tasks in preparation for peak season between April and November 2016.
Tasks assisted with include the following;
Traditional Marketing tasks – sales support, advertising, direct
Inbound Marketing tasks – Social Media, SEO, Content marketing,
Blogging, digital marketing, email marketing
Database Analysis
Website updates and monitoring
Research projects
Sales Project – data uploading in OnePageCRM and MailChimp,
researching information about Travel Agencies etc.
Updating OnePageCRM and MailChimp
Direct Marketing: Brochures sending – every day
Completing Client Pre-departure Forms – entering the client’s contact
information into booking system (Enigma) and filing the Form Docs into
DropBox.
Loading the Supplier Rates into booking system (Enigma )software
Communication with Suppliers – sending booking requests, afterwards
entering booking number and place the email into Outlook.
Accreditation requests – entering into Mailchimp the companies that are
willing to work with MoaTrek in the future.

Commentary File – scanning book
Doing badges for customers
Sales Project – send brochures to Travel Agents and Travel Brokers
within New Zealand
Updating the mobile phone suppliers contact details for drivers.
Updating the Booking Sheet for season 1718
