I have known Fahmy since he commenced his employment as a Support Worker with
Bycullah Project in March 2003. .
I have been pleased by both Fahmy's attitude towards his work and his performance on
the job. His interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop
productive working relationships with both our clients and staff.
Fahmy is responsible for the effective scheduling, planning and carrying out activities for
our Service Users. His main role also entails enabling clients to partake in functional
activities to lead an independent life.
