• Approx. 53% of the revenue was given by 24% of the respondents belonging to Cluster 1
• Wireless operators must target this segment in order to generate maximum revenue
Awareness of Need
• In 2008, No applications existed in the market. The user had to
upload data on desktop before transferring it to social media.
• The software applications depended on carrier service not the iOS
or Android that we have these days. So, the direct customers were
the wireless carriers who can generate revenue only when
consumers use their carrier.
• Space constraints on digital camera restricted number of photos and
required regular transfer of data through the cumbersome process
• There was a need to drive the change for transferring data in a quick
and hassle free manner.
