Each Civilian MUST hire their own attorney
to close the transaction at the settlement
table. MKS PCG – HVEAC Organization can
provide our attorney and Title Company at the
Civilian Buyers’ are request/ attorney fee
would be paid to represent Buyer / Civilian
for Clear Title and Home ownership.

Civilian Housing Project Program
Partial $430 down payment for Earnest Money Deposit up to the full amount
of $20,500.00 for both modular home and vehicle down payment this
includes
Ernest Money Deposit & Contribution to the project, and our organization
overhead
$750 monthly mortgage payment 5, 10, or 15 years term 12% interest
MKS PCG – HVEAC as the mortgage holder can go as low as $500 to $750
monthly payment with a 15 years term
MKS PCG - HVEAC organization is the lien holder…
MKS PCG is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization
88% of all money raised will be disbursed as follows: 88% goes toward MKS
PCG - HVEAC Housing Program, and the General Contractor ; 10% goes to
MKS PCG, and 2% goes to for the processing and verification service.

5. Brand New Manufactured Modular Home
consist of
3 bedroom, 2 full baths, with one car garage; 2,500 sq. ft.
1024 X 723 --- Additional feature if Buyer desires:
Solar panel roof is available
Home Security System with $1,500 value
of free equipment and free installation
These feature have a monthly payment of $70 or more
depending on Buyer’s credit

7. Mortgage will range from
$45,000 to $75,000
5, 10, 15 years term
