1. The minutes summarize a partner meeting of the ADHER project held on July 5, 2011 in Samsun, Turkey. Representatives from Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, and Turkey attended to discuss the objectives, results, and final reporting of the project. 2. The partners agreed that most of the project objectives had been achieved but some comparisons between countries were only partially completed. A few results like some newsletters and the final versions of a booklet and website were still outstanding. 3. Responsibilities for completing the final report were assigned, with Eniko taking responsibility for collecting and finalizing part A with input from the other partners. The partners also expressed interest in continuing to collaborate

1. Discussing on objectives of our Project that was written on the application form (general-specific
objectives).
The main goal of the project was read in front of participants: “The general aim of this partnership is to increase and
empower the mutual understanding and dialogue among different cultures by improving the knowledge of people
about cultural heritages and helping them find innovative ways to access to knowledge about cultural heritages.”
The partners all agreed, that the main goal was achieved by the partnership.
All other objectives were then taken in turn and read in front of the audience. Members shared their opinions about
each objective in turn and decided at the end, that the objectives were mostly achieved, giving a score of 4 (From a
Likert scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is not achieved at all and 5 is totally achieved).
Objectives that were achieved only in one or two countries from the total of six, were the following:
- to compare the national and local regulations on the conservation of cultural heritages,
- to make a comparison between the educational infrastructures in Cultural Heritage Management,
- make a comparison between the training programmes, methodologies and practices,
- develop and share common instruments that can be used in training courses.
2. Expressing ideas about the following questions:

- Opinions and general impressions about project and results.
The envisaged results of the project application were taken in turn and read in front of the attendants. Participants
said their opinions about each and every result that we achieved or not.
The single results not achieved yet were:
- Some of the newsletters were missing, so the team decided to collect them this month.
- The final version of the booklet is not yet ready. Barbara Vogrinec accepted to take Nerute’s place and finalise the

booklet with corrections. This is why final corrections to the booklet, sent by Nerute in the date of 13 June
th
2011, should be provided from each country until the 15 of July, 2011 and sent to Barbara until this date.
Romanian team will then make necessary corrections on the booklet until the end of July and send it to all
coordinators.
As Barbara needs the Word version in order to make corrections, Laimute was asked to search for this version on
Nerute’s computer and send it to Barbara as soon as possible.
- The final version of the new website is not yet finished by Italy and Greece. This is why, Greek and Italian
partners are kindly asked, to fill in the website part in their national language, not later then the end of July.
The team also decided, to make a more official evaluation of results. So in order to have a written feedback from
all the partners, we will send a feedback form on the group that will have to be filled in by all coordinators.
The feedback form will give us a more concrete view on the final impressions and opinions of coordinators.
3. Discussing on writing final report. Defining and sharing responsabilities for the final report.
The partners agreed, that the 2011 version of the final report is not yet available and that we will work on the latest
version available for us at this moment.
Partners also agreed, that Part A, which is a common description for all the participants would be integral only if one
person finalises it in the end. Eniko took the responsibility to collect from all partners the descriptions and to finalise
the final report, part A, with the help of the data sent by partners.
This is why the team decided that Eniko should collect descriptions to part A of the final report from all

partners, until the 15 of July 2011. Eniko will make one common description then and send it back to the group.
4. Possibility to work further on the subject of ADHER and develop it’s ideas in other projects
Laimute said that the Lithuanian team would very much like to continue somehow this project, first of all because
Nerute believed much in the essence of this project: the culture. Slovenian, Romanian and Turkish team also
agread, to find further possibilities to continue the promotion of culture and heritages and to work together in the
future.
