ON THE WAY TO FINALIZING BOOKLET IMI decided to host and maintain the Adopt your Heritage EN site (with the links to national ones) Methodology available – UNESCO’: An Education Resource Kit for Teachers – World Heritage in Young Hands (Download in our website) with translations of this document to many EU languages are available (check Internet!) There is no better Methodology used by partners in adopting cultural heritage for adult education

8. SOME TIPS TO CONTENT PREPARATION In Vilnius it was decided to issue two versions: the full electronic version (EN) plus a shorter version for printing. Let us finalize now a content for printable version: editing texts online, inserting a missing material A practical suggestion: do a “copy-paste” to your web pages only from a simple text editor (e. g. Notepad) The pictures for Internet is sufficient as 72 dpi, (suggested), while printed version - 300 dpi

WEBSITE AND BOOKLET Finalized version of content (with better quality pictures of 300 dpi) will be used in booklet composed the agreed structure of pages Internet version only then can be updated adding more pictures, hiperlinks and what you want: sound records, video and multimedia Later on the CD from Internet version can be created Downloads available: UNESCO Kit for teachers Booklet in EN Leaflet could be available EN and IT , ΕΛ, LT, SL, RO, TR

Printed version and electronic are not the same: a paper version (ready for printing) has a simple structure, but rigid requirements for a quality of digital pictures and limited pages e-version has a hyper textual structure, provides much more possibilities + multimedia to prepare on line version, CD or for printing – those versions are rather different in price There is no such expenses foreseen in our Mobility project – only a voluntary work possible DIFFERENCES TO REMEMBER

15. WHAT WE HAVE / WHAT TO BE DONE The updated texts have to be edited, the missing pictures collected for the extended e-version //The pilot version online until end of April? The leaflet EN agreed and designed // February, time to issue in national languages English final versions booklet + leaflet should be online until June? Issues in 6 national languages until May-June? The final version in CD, if agreed, could be easily produced but some funds for publishing CD should be available
