The survey results provided positive feedback about Minds@Work and identified areas for improvement. Members joined to connect with others seeking to improve mental health in the workplace (Paragraph 1). They found value in networking and inspiration from meetings, though wanted more structure and time for interaction (Paragraphs 2-3). To progress, members asked for clearer goals and vision, more opportunities to collaborate, and greater involvement through leadership and interest groups (Paragraph 4). The presentation highlights the best aspects of Minds@Work and changes needed based on member feedback (Paragraphs 5-6).
