• With so much activity in Milwaukee’s CBD over the past year, many tenants have made it a priority to get
in on the action before space fills up or future amenities begin to be reflected in increased rental rates.
• It’s not too late to join the party, but users still looking for large blocks located in the heart of downtown
will have limited options – especially if sights are set on class A space. If a new tower project does break
ground, one can expect to pay up to call it home.
