IDEA BEHIND THE PROGRAM
 USP of the program is customer loyalty which is new in the INSURANCE
INDUSTRY.
Offer a free account in SBI with the new policy.
This account will be linked with the policy and with customer SBI net banking.
All the payouts will transferred directly to this account with the intimation on
mobile .
Loyal customers will get an additional benefit on the maturity of the policy .
Loyal customers will be those customers who have paid all there premiums on
time without any delay or without any late fee interest.
ECS will applied as the renewals will be paid through this account.
The customer have to pay all the premiums though this account only and with
NACH.(Condition applied)

No Dc Form Required For The Payout Of
The Policies Under This Program.
Cost Saving As The Paper And Printing
Cost Of The Dc Forms Will Be Nil.
Regular And On Time Renewals.
Increase In The No. Of Accounts Of SBI.
This Program Will Promote The Sales Of
The Policies.
It Will Help In Building Customer Loyalty.
TAT will be reduced in case of payouts.
BENEFITS TO THE CUSTOMERS
• THE CUSTOMERS WILL GET AN EXTRA BENEFIT AT
THE TIME OF MATURITY OF THE POLICIES.
• A FREE ACCOUNT IN SBI.
• THIS ACCOUNT DETAIL WILL BE CONSIDERED AS
PAST COMMUNICATION AS THE PREMIUM WILL
BE PAID FROM THIS ACCOUNT IN CASE OF LOST
POLICY BOND CASES.
• As the customer account is in SBI then the payout
will transferred faster than the normal process. ie
TAT will be reduced.
