After talking to Mr. Sinco about my
project, I decided that I would donate

Narrowed search to 2 venues,
including Calvary Baptist Church and

Courts. Had to consider factors like
accessibility, condition of venue, and

2:P.M. Decided on a venue for my tournament
and made first contact
Commentary:
Decided to choose Calvary Baptist

of poster. Searched for more appealing

announcements to inform people about
upcoming tournament.

Choose a poster that was believed to
increase interest in target audience of
teenagers.

Commentary:
Had to find places where posters
would generate most interest. In the
end, settled on by every water fountain
to attract students during class
changes.
