Program Goals and Objectives
About our Program Who: Business Professionals Ages 30’s to 50’s Although students were invited, the target audience was professional and socially aware Gainesville citizens.
About our Program What:  The Mike Bernos CD Release Party. This was a fundraising and awareness event to benefit the Harvest of Hope Foundation.
About our Program Where:  The Historic Thomas Center in Downtown Gainesville. It is a restored Mediterranean Revival-style hotel that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
About our Program When: Thursday, November 19 th  from 6:30-8:30PM
About our Program Why:  the purpose of this event was to raise money for the foundation, raise awareness of the foundation in the area, and promote a local artist.

Sponsorships Graphic Designs By Tom Sponsorship levels were based on amount donated. Each sponsorship level received different incentives for donating.
Animation Plan 2:00 -2:30PM: Sound check – sound check man 2:30 –4:30PM: Downtime 4:30 –5:30PM: General setup (tables, flowers, food, drinks, etc..) (all team members) 5:30 -6:00PM: Finishing touches, deal with last minute emergencies (all team members)
Animation Plan Continued 6:00 –6:30PM: Guests arrive (Greetings and registration) (all team members) 6:30 –7:15PM: Social time (food and beverages need to be handled) (all team members) 7:15 –7:20PM: Dr. Kellermen announcement/introduction (Dr. Kellerman) 7:20 –8:15PM: Concert (team members need to be staged around the facility to deal with concerns and emergencies (all team members) 8:15 –8:30PM: Giveaways (Dr. Kellermen) 8:30 –9:00PM: Break down/Clean up (all team members)
 
Strengths of our Program Everyone in our group contributed The music was fantastic LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Event ran smoothly and on time Positive feedback from concertgoers
Weaknesses of our Program Reaching One Target Audience Not a well-known organization Not as many participants as expected
Participant Evaluation At the beginning of the concert, comment cards were handed out to the participants and collected at the end. Evaluation Outcome: 2/5 of participants heard about the event from an online source. 4/5 of participants said they really enjoyed the concert. The one complaint was that the facility was too cold.
