Miguel Garcia Galarraga thanks Lou Sbardella for his work over the past two years on a project. He praises Lou's focus on completing all steps of jobs from beginning to end, and for manufacturing stators and installing turbines. Miguel notes that communication can be difficult with language barriers, but that Lou helped overcome this with his understanding of needs and proactive attitude. Miguel also credits Lou with improving order, quality, and standardizing processes and records during their work together. He hopes to work with Lou again on future projects.

How to use Trello as a Project Management tool.
Trello is extremely flexible and works well for small personal, and large corporate projects. It's a very useful piece of collaborative technology, which helps teams work and communicate.
This deck gives some examples of different project types and ways other people are using Trello boards to manage their projects.
It also covers some considerations for setting your organisation up and getting started with Trello as a project management tool.

Topics covered are: what it's like working on an agile project, being a recent graduate on a software project, fundamentals of agile and how they apply (or not!) on our project, and some of the daily tasks of a cross-functional consultant on the DM project.

Lou,
I am very pleased for having worked along these two years with you in the Project.
I appreciate your focus on every job from the beginning to the end, taking care of all the steps to
be sure that finally every action is fully completed. You have done a very good work for
manufacturing at site the stators and for installation at turbine building, with all the tests to be
done and recorded.
I have learnt along the time that communication is more difficult than what can we think, because
what we mean may not be exactly what we can say, specially when language is an additional
barrier, and what we say is not easily what each other understands. This is normal life, and it is
so offen in the job. But having you in the team, has been very useful, with your capability to
understand our needs, and your proactive attitude to make your colleagues and ours understand
and participate of the same goals.
I think is very remarkable the fact that order and quality in the workflow and records have
improved with your cooperation and I am thankful to you for that.
The friendly cooperation in the process has been a significant part on the hard work of “cleaning”
the “workshop”, leading to order and quality.
Although new tendencies say that quality has to be controlled by oneself, I think that one person
taking care of overall quality is the best way to have a uniform level and standard forms for the
activities tests and records. And the profiles of that person should be like yours.
I would like having you again in our team in future Projects, and, any case, I wish the best for you.
My best regards
Miguel Garcia Galarraga
