5.  Lactobacillus ; A bacteria , used in
production of milk products
 This bacteria is a friendly bacteria which helps
in setting curd.

6.  Extensively used in baking industry for baking
cake ,bread ,pastry etc.

7.  Yeast and bacteria are used for baking and for
fermentation that is in the batter of idlis and
bhaturas , on the addition of yeast to
prepared mixture it produces carbon dioxide
and rises the mixture.

8.  Alcohol is made by putting grains, fruits or vegetables through a process
called fermentation.This is a chemical reaction where yeast or bacteria
react with the sugars in the other ingredients to produce ethanol (the
alcohol in the drink) and carbon dioxide (which can mean the drink has
bubbles).

9.  The invention provides tobacco vinegar and a production
method and application thereof.The tobacco vinegar is
prepared by fermenting acetic acid with tobaccos or tobacco
extracts as main raw materials.The production process
includes preparing of tobacco raw materials, alcoholic
fermenting and acetic acid fermenting, extracting, ageing
and the like.

10.  Antibiotics are produced on a large scale by the
fermentation process.This is a chemical process
which is induced by the microorganisms in a large
tank. A large tank contains the growth medium that
provides nutrition for the microorganism's growth.
