This document summarizes a proposed online platform for renting sports fields. The platform would allow customers to rent fields online instead of calling multiple locations to check availability. It would also give field owners a way to manage bookings internally and externally. Interviews found there is currently a need for such a platform, especially at small sports centers which may lack computers. The proposal discusses revenue streams, key partners, customer segments, and changes based on feedback, such as offering a freemium model and developing strategic partnerships with large sports leagues.
