The Midland High School Student Technology Questionnaire surveys students on their access to and proficiency with various technologies. It asks whether students have home computer access, what programs they use, and whether they have internet access. Students are also polled on their format preferences for reading novels and which devices they own that allow e-book reading. The questionnaire inquires about students' movie making skills on PC and Mac as well as their use of social media. It explores potential educational uses of social media and students' presentation creation abilities in PowerPoint and Prezi. The form also questions document sharing and storage knowledge and skills.
