Background
 In Adana and Diyarbaır regions some cities fast ethernet links are connected
to RNC by Methroethernet data network.
 On all of these cities there is a common HSUPA throughput problem which
perceived by subscirbers.
 Due to this low throughput problem ssv/site acceptances are delayed for a
very long time. It also affects cluster acceptance tests.
 VF Transmission team and regional teams are also aware of this problem.

 Before the optimization NodeB was using ME link
for data traffic and within this topology SSV results
were not as desired.
 After optimization NodeB’s all traffic is being
carried on new STM-1 LL link and SSV results are
improved.
