This study examines how Lucban specialty foods contribute to tourism in Quezon Province, Philippines. The researchers surveyed tourism officers, residents, and restaurant owners. They found that Lucban foods provide economic benefits as a source of income and increase taxes. Restaurant owners use word-of-mouth marketing to promote culinary tourism to Lucban. The study aims to identify Lucban's specialty foods, determine their social and economic impacts, and propose ways to promote Lucban as a food destination.
