MicroLiter has developed a 96 well microplate and macros that can automate method development based on application notes from sorbent manufacturers. The macros blend solvents from 100% to 0% in positions 1 to 11 to determine the optimal blend for eluting a sample. Another macro loads increasing amounts of sample to find the point of sample breakthrough. These tools allow rapid development of scaled down methods to increase laboratory productivity while reducing solvents, raw sample needs and hazardous waste.

Streptomycin in Honey Poster
