Iconoclasts challenge the establishment by promoting innovation over operational efficiency at large companies. While big businesses focus on maximizing profits and maintaining the status quo, they are not designed to be adaptable, responsive, or innovative. We need more support for smaller, disruptive businesses that can drive new ideas and improvements rather than always relying on entrenched industry leaders that cannot respond to change.
