Did work with Golin Harris and TGA (Mobile Fan Channel) and pitched to Petsmart.
Development was 3 way. Capability to leverage this technology to consumers, etc.?

KEY is protecting our IP already developed and recognizing when outside work
infringes upon this immediately so as to avoid any legal issues going forward.

Scrambles – first to market. Pitched to Intel already (through TGA). Not patentable.
Need to go more in depth.

Take Meoreports to market. Competitive advantage in customization to each
company or at least to each industry (construction).
Freshbooks, Wave Accounting examples.
Overall model of service oriented software.

How do we proceed with TGA?
How do we position ourselves like TGA, working directly with the customer? Or do
we?

Make proposals for site improvements to generate more ad revenue. Charge same
hourly rate for development work BUT take royalty for increased revenues
generated. For customers like babymed.

BH Priorities (in order):
   1 Strategy & Growth
           o Product development – product to market
                    Scrambles & HostMe ?
           o Other revenue producing models
   2 Accountability
           o Flash productivity (per account & rep) report weekly
           o Monthly & yearly objectives – meometrics
   3 Company Culture
           o Employee retention
