Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

of mental disorder. It is defined as a state
of emotional, psychological, and

the normal stresses of life, can work

moment-by-moment awareness of our
thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations,
and surrounding environment, through
a gentle, nurturing lens.

the process of adapting well in the face
of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats,
or Significant sources of stress –like
relationship issues, serious health
problems, or financial stressors.

seeing the list everyday.

and anxiety by regulating the stress
