non-profit organisation with over 500 members
• the world’s leading voice in the incentive marketplace
• provides education and information services, edits
publications, organizes conferences and seminars, represents
the incentive sector to the media, promotes investigation and
acts as a public relations conduit for members

our purpose
• IMA Europe is the four year old arm of the IMA, with the main
purpose of building European wide awareness and growth of
the incentive industry
• IMA Europe will help your business to grow and become
more profitable, through networking, best practice, education
and friendship

At the IMA Europe it is our mission to:
• promote the harmonisation,
recognition and development of
the incentive industry
• show best practice and seek to
raise and maintain industry
standards by sharing knowledge,
experience, legislative and
financial constraints and
guidelines.
• help to build a greater
understanding of incentive
marketing in Europe and the rest
of the world via its umbrella
organisation, IMA – US.
IMA Ireland Mission
To be the industry voice for the Motivational Rewards and Incentive
Marketing profession in Ireland .
We will provide education, knowledge building and networking opportunities
for our members from a national and international perspective.
We will provide an active program of events for members in support of the
above within Ireland and Europe.
We will be a representative voice for the Gift Card industry in Ireland for
members involved in that area.

Our Objectives
• To carry out the objectives of IMA Europe within the Ireland market and
to bring the benefits of IMA Europe experience to its Irish members.
• The Ireland Council will initially focus on the following tasks;
– Provide an active networking community for Incentive and Motivation practitioners, HR
Managers, Marketers and end users in Ireland.
– Provide 4 Ireland based member events where we will provide case studies in best
practice in Motivational & Incentive Management, international speakers and network
building opportunities.
– Recruitment of members from the Incentive Industry, Marketing and HR professions to
the organisation.
– Introduction of the IMA Europe Diploma In Motivation education program to its
membership.
– Bring access for members to a further 4-6 IMA Europe events outside of Ireland

• HR managers who are responsible for the design and implementation of
Staff Motivation, Reward and Incentive programs.
• Marketing professionals tasked with consumer recruitment, customer
retention and incentivisation.
