FlexiPlatform (FP) is a modular Linux and IP-based software platform that provides services to 
build various IP network applications. Architecture of FlexiPlatform software is distinguished 
between two primary parts: BasePlatform (mandatory for all users) and Flexi Components 
(optional building blocks). I was mainly part of development of some of the Basplatform 
subsystems on Hardware like ATCA (Advanced Telecommunications Computing Architecture), BCN 
(Box Controller Node). 
· Technologies used: 
C, C++, GNU Linux Variants like Wind River Linux, Shell Scripting, Python, gdb. 
· Project Contribution: 
As a developer, successfully developed below features in Flexi Platform Base Platform area : 
· Had good exposure to the source code of open source Openhpi and involved in 
development of various features like FUMI/DIMI on top of openhpi source code. Also 
involved in the integration of the openhpi source code to the flexi platform. 
· Had good knowledge on Hardware bring up activities like commissioning, recovering a 
given hardware(ATCA and BCN) from faulty scenarios and cluster expansions. 
· Worked on Alarm systems of the clusters to notify the user that there is a change in the 
configuration.
· Implemented various SCLI commands which has provided useful interface for customer. 
· Involved in End to end development of new features / customization based on the 
customer requirements, impact analysis. 
· Upgrading of LMP and BMPP2 task. 
· Worked on eSW upgarade for Flexi hardware involves upgrade of different firmware modules like 
UBoot, MMC firmware, FRU data, FPGA data etc on all the Supported Flexi hardware.

As a Tester implemented many functional testcases(manual and automated) to support the

on test scenarios.
