This risk assessment summarizes potential hazards for the media production project "WAR Energy" taking place on 5/12/2012 at Priestley College. Hazards identified include electricity from cables and the risk of slipping, tripping, or falling over cables. The likelihood of harm from electricity is assessed as highly unlikely, potentially causing a slight electric shock. For slipping/tripping/falling, the likelihood is deemed likely as the area contains much electrical equipment, and a fall could cause no fatal harm but possible serious injuries to the model or photographer. Risks will be minimized by keeping away from plug sockets, being aware of cable locations, and taping over cables with masking tape.
