The document summarizes feedback from audience testing on the front cover design of a magazine. For question 1, respondents said the main sell line "NEWBIE" and the main image of the model caught their attention most due to the large bright font and the model taking up most space. For question 2, respondents said the genre would be pop music based on the colors, young artist on the cover, and the target audience being interested in pop. Respondents also felt the models and outfits on the contents page were appropriate for the target audience by relating to the sell line and season. Feedback was mixed on readability of text, with some finding it easy to read and others finding text over images harder to read. Suggest

This document provides guidance for answering a question about the audience for a media product. It instructs the student to visually represent their target audience through a video montage, moodboard, or online poster, showing who the audience members are, their tastes, spare time activities, and media preferences. It stresses that any visual representation should be accompanied by a brief summary paragraph and reference back to initial secondary and primary audience research.
The document discusses how the author incorporated consistency across three marketing products - a music video, website, and digipak - for a country music artist. Key elements of consistency included using the same colors (red, black, and white), costumes, and camera distances. Social media was used to link the video and website, and increase promotion. Synergy was created by making the video viewable on the website and allowing purchases on the website shop.
The document outlines details for three separate film shoots, including the location, date, time, estimated number of shots required, equipment needed, costumes or props, crew size, and performers or actors required for each shoot taking place in a forest, South Park in Darlington, and a field.
The document discusses the use of new media technologies in the construction, research, planning and evaluation stages of a project. It describes the hardware and software used, including cameras, computers, and editing software like Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The combination of the artist's music video, website, and digipak were effective because they maintained consistency through shared themes, colors, fonts, and the artist's recognizable style and appearance across all products. This consistency helped create a clear brand identity and linked all the products together to make it obvious they belonged to the same artist. Elements like shared color schemes, costumes, and camera techniques were incorporated into all three products to further strengthen their connection and messaging.

This document provides a shot list for filming scenes from Romeo and Juliet. It describes 7 different shots that are needed including the location, camera distance, angle, movement, and any framing or composition issues to consider for each shot. The shots include Romeo walking in the park from long and low angles, Romeo looking at a bottle of poison in close up, Romeo proposing to Juliet from long shot, Romeo and Juliet on a balcony from long wide shot, Romeo outside Juliet's house from medium shot, and Romeo declaring his love for Juliet from medium shot that zooms in. For each shot, the list specifies how the subject should be framed within the background surroundings.
The document provides a shot list for filming a performer. It describes three locations - the studio, courtyard, and in front of trees. For the studio shots, it lists medium shots and close-ups of the performer singing and playing guitar, with stationary eye-level camera angles and a focus on clear framing. The courtyard shots show the performer against a brick wall and in front of trees, both with medium stationary eye-level shots.
The document outlines a shooting schedule that includes four locations over two dates. On November 27th, 17 shots are required at South Park in Darlington using a camera and tripod, with performers Amy Parkin and Abbie wearing black coats, tops and trousers. On December 3rd, multiple shoots are scheduled - 14 shots at South Park with Amy and Abbie in black coats, 5 shots on Brinkburn Drive using a camera and tripod with checkered shirts for Amy, Abbie and Terry Harvey, and 2 shots at Prior Dene with black tops and checkered shirts, involving Hannah, Abbie, Amy, Terry and Michael Chyriwsky. The final shoot on December 11th requires 7 shots at Q
This document outlines potential hazards and risk management plans for filming locations in South Park, QE College studio/courtyard, Pior Dene in Cockerton, and Brinkburn Drive in Cockerton between late November and early December 2017. Hazards include tripping over objects, slipping on wet surfaces, equipment getting damaged in the rain, and capturing members of the public in shots. Risks will be managed by clearing areas, filming on dry days, securing equipment and backdrops, and getting permission from members of the public if they appear in shots. The filmmakers and individuals on location are responsible for managing risks.
The document outlines three potential backup locations for a field: Sugar Hill including the river path, the meadow at Leach Grove, and the author's grandma's garden. Sugar Hill would work because of the trees and seclusion from houses. The meadow has flowers, a stone path and small pond suitable for country music videos. The grandma's garden is private and long enough to frame out other houses, making filming more efficient.
The shooting schedule outlines 3 shoots taking place in the forest and field, requiring cameras, stabilizers, tripods and either modern day clothes, dark colored clothes or a checkered shirt, jeans and boots depending on the location. It lists the dates, times and crew including performers needed for each shoot, with Hannah, Abbie and Amy P appearing in all 3 and other actors varying between locations.
The document contains potential safety hazards and risk management plans for filming at three different outdoor locations: Forest, Field, and Castle. Common hazards included tripping over objects, slipping if wet, actors getting too close to bodies of water, and including members of the public in shots. The risks would be managed by crew and actors being careful where they walk, potentially changing filming plans due to weather, and getting permission from members of the public if they are included in shots. The filmmakers are responsible for overall risk management at each location.
The document discusses costumes and props for characters in different locations of a performance. For the forest location, characters will wear modern versions of their typical costumes in their original colors. For Snow White, this includes a blue top, yellow skirt or trousers, red shoes and bow. For Little Red Riding Hood, a blue dress with red jacket, red flats and white socks, carrying a basket. Juliet wears a long white dress and Romeo a white shirt and dark jeans. In the field location, costumes link to the music genre with checkered shirts and jeans or flowing dresses with boots. In the castle location, costumes change to black and grey versions to reflect the darker tone, for example Snow White wears a black top and trousers
Snow White walks into the forest where she finds a poisoned apple on the ground. A close up shot shows her biting into the apple, after which her clothes change color to black as she collapses. The camera zooms out to show her transformation from a close up to a long shot. Prince Charming then discovers Snow White lying unconscious on the forest floor. He kisses her to break the spell. The document outlines various shots needed for the story including establishing shots, point of view shots, close ups, and long shots, noting potential framing and technical issues for each shot.
The shot list describes 5 shots for a film adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. The first shot will be an establishing shot introducing the characters in the forest in their original costumes. The second shot will show Romeo and Juliet holding hands transitioning to a long shot as they walk together. The third shot will show Romeo's clothes changing color as he walks away from Juliet. The fourth shot will include long shots from different angles of Romeo walking alone in the forest over time. The fifth shot will show Romeo putting down a bottle which then falls and he collapses, then he wakes as Juliet appears in the shot.
The shot list describes 3 shots - a long wide shot of the performer walking in a field singing and playing guitar, keeping her centered in the frame. A medium shot of the performer standing and singing/playing guitar, with the camera panning smoothly. A close up shot of the performer playing guitar where the camera will pan down the guitar, with care taken to properly frame the increasing surface area of the guitar.
The shot list summarizes key shots needed for a film depicting Little Red Riding Hood. It outlines 5 shots: 1) an establishing shot of Little Red Riding Hood walking into the forest in her original colors; 2) a long shot of her walking through the woods; 3) a medium wide shot where the wolf appears in the background and her clothes change; 4) a medium shot zooming into a close up as she sees the wolf and starts to run; 5) an establishing long shot panning from the grandma's house to Little Red Riding Hood walking towards it as her clothes change back. Each shot lists the camera distance, angle, movement, and potential framing or composition issues.
This document outlines the shot list for a film scene depicting Juliet walking with Romeo in the forest. It describes 5 shots: 1) an establishing shot of the characters walking into the forest from a zooming out perspective; 2) a close up of the characters holding hands transitioning to a long shot as they walk; 3) Juliet's dress changing color as they separate shown through a medium wide shot; 4) various long shots of Juliet walking alone from different angles; and 5) close ups and long shots of Juliet running back to Romeo and sitting next to him. Technical details like camera distance, angle, movement, and framing issues are provided for each shot.
The document discusses three potential locations for a music video combining elements of Snow White and Romeo and Juliet:
1) A forest, to represent the original fairy tale settings and struggles of Snow White and the Prince's relationship.
2) A field, to represent the country elements of the music and video. Characters are commonly seen running through fields.
3) A castle, to represent the darker parts of the narrative at dusk. Permission would need to be obtained to film at a castle.
An A Level student named Hannah Chyriwsky is requesting permission to use the song "Love Story" by Taylor Swift for an educational school project. Hannah and her group members are creating a promotional package for a new band, which includes a music video, website, and digipak. The song would be used in the music video and embedded on the website Hannah is building for the project using the platform Wix.
The document summarizes the design choices made in recreating a band's website. Key elements included using Avenir font for consistency with the original, adding a horizontal menu and social media bar. Image sliders and galleries were included on the home page to showcase photos and videos. Fonts like Arial, Adobe Caslon and Cookie were used for text and numbers similarly to the original site. Buttons throughout led to additional content on both the recreated and original sites. The tour page similarly featured tour dates, photos and videos linked to external sites to maintain an experience close to the original.
The document analyzes the camera techniques, costumes, locations, and representations used in the music video for Louis- My Number. It finds that medium shots are primarily used to film the performance as if the audience was present. Close-ups of instruments add to the performance element. Costumes in dark colors like black and grey represent the rock genre. Locations are simple to keep the focus on the band's performance. Through cinematography and mise-en-scene elements, the video effectively represents the rock genre.
This document provides information about common conventions in rock music videos. It discusses elements like band members wearing black, use of low-key lighting to match mood, inclusion of outdoor settings, incorporation of storylines through lyrics and visuals, use of faster editing and jump cuts to match upbeat tempos, featuring of live performances, and use of close-ups and wide shots. It then analyzes two specific music videos, noting how they employ conventions like changing shot duration to match drum beats and use of black clothing to represent death for Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody", and inclusion of dark colors, wide shots, and high angles to depict power and audience perspective for U2's "Sunday Bloody Sunday."

Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.
