Overview
Our client is a leading US telecommunication provider,featured in The Forbes Journalarticle called “The Key To Getting Funded?
Investor Relations”(the 25th of March 2013) as the one of the most attractive businesses for investors. They are focusing on mid-
size and large publishers and event producers in media field. The client requested DATAART to develop a solution to cover needs of
fast, flexible and stable internalexternal communication between more than 1000 people simultaneously.
Joint efforts of the client`s and our marketing specialists we created the Media Manager which aims to meet potential
clients`needs. The MM is a ready-to-go management system for media events which can be used from anywhere in the world.
Media people are always in the road and often don’t have an access to the Internet connection. So the main goal of this system is
to establish flexible environment for corporate meetings, trainings and coordination calls available for the most popular
communication means, such as web interface, Skype ID or even phone dialing.
KEY POINTS
Run the meeting remotely even without the Internet
connection
It’s possible with a help of wired or cell phone. The speaker
can receive and moderate questions from listeners via
landline, mobile phone or Skype. Users are also able to
connect via web browser or just by dialing a phone number
(e.g. if they are travelling at that moment).
Make notes on your cell phone
Have a brilliant idea, but no dictaphone or a place where to
write it down? From now on it`s possible to make voice notes
or even record the whole conference just by dialing your
personal phone number. The MM will record/save your
notes so as you can manage them wherever you are. Our
technology allows using wired phone and similar things for
this.
Comfortable web environment for communication
- Chatting via webinar;
- Special room for discussing off top or private details;
- Highlighting questions just by dialing voice menu on the
wired phone;
Ready for huge corporate clients
The MM is able to support up to 1500 people per one
webinar by using cloud Amazon server for it.
Easy to get analytics and integrate with your website
The MM provides the ability to collect analytics from your
virtual meetings and then send this data to your website or
any other analytic system. Also you can create custom
registration form to specify the information request.
Event promotion via social networks
All events are automatically recorded, archived and remain
100% private. But if you want to promote one or another
meeting, you can send an invite to this event or share the
whole record via Twitter and Facebook.
All materials in one place
As you are able to run the meeting wherever you are, all the
reports are recorded into the special cases with presentation
and analytics. So you just have to find the right case in the
library to go through the interesting point of the speech,
work with statistics or copy some screens from the
presentation.
2. VIRTUAL EVENTS CREATION AND MANAGING
MM`s up and running with everything you need for
your live or recorded event. The conference bridge,
Q&A management console, slides, audio clip library,
and online event stream; it’s all integrated into one
robust browser-based studio.
Audio webcasting
The solution provides you with the ability to create
and stream multi-person audio events. Users easily
connect to the browser-based studio using a phone or Skype to broadcast live or capture and record for on-demand playback.
Slide Sharing
User is able to enhance hisher events and communications by simply uploading and
sharing slides directly from the studio during hisher live event.
Caller Moderation for Live Phone-Based Q&A
Easily manage call-in participants without expensive operators with the studio’s
integrated switchboard. Manage live Q&A, town halls and roundtable discussions with
simple caller screening and caller notes features.

Audio Uploads and Playback
Upload and broadcast pre-recorded interviews to create simulive events or easily
share corporate disclaimers, promotional messages, music and sound effects
during your event directly from the studio.
Mobile Part
DATAART team has also developed mobile application which is
connected with user`s profile and synchronizes data.
Stream content anywhere, anytime across web-enabled devices
with iOS enabled players;
MP3 downloads for on-demand playback;
Audience can follow and consume content via iTunes and RSS.
